CONFIDENTIALITY
Protecting the privacy of our patients is of utmost importance to us! Any personal information obtained, with be utilized in a responsible manner in accordance with the Alberta Dental Association and College guidelines, and Alberta’s Health Information Act.
FEE ESTIMATES:
Fee estimates for treatment are valid for 6 months from the time of consultation. After this time, you may require another consultation visit prior to treatment. The recommended procedures may change as oral conditions change or disease progresses. You will be informed of any such changes.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you! Please help us see patients in a timely manner by letting our office know as soon as possible if you need to rebook or cancel your appointment. As a courtesy, we will call, email or send a text message reminder the week, and the day before your appointment.
Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice
may be subject to a rebooking fee of $300
